We ship all items via Royal Mail first class post and this usually arrives within three working days. Any items ordered after midday are dispatched the following day. The lead times are a guide and do not include bank holidays weekends or special launch/sale events. If you have any questions or special requests about deliveries please get in touch using the Contact Form.
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Airmail and are tracked and signed for all the way to the final destination. International postage timescales vary according to your country. International orders will receive an email confirmation with a link so that you can track your order.
Sometimes you change your mind and we understand that.
Our returns policy is very straightforward.
When you receive your order, if you wish to send the item back, all what you need to do is this:
- Use the original packaging with the unopened/unused item inside. Return your item to us at the address on the delivery note.
- Place your item in a secure mailing envelope or box. Please make sure that details of your name, address and email are enclosed inside the envelope.
- You will need to pay to post the item back to us - we do not pay for return postage.
- Once we receive your item(s) we will email you to let you know and refund you the orignal amount.
- PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund any postage charges.
Faulty Goods & Exchanges:
If there is a problem with any of the items you have purchased please notify us by email at email@example.com or by completing the Contact Form.
Explain the details of the problem. It is helpful if you can provide us with a photograph to show the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged as quickly as possible and without charge. Replacement items will not be dispatched until the original items have been received by us and checked.
The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility, however, on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs providing that the item is found to be faulty.
If the item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the faulty item only and we are unable to gurantee an exact match. In this instance, you willhave the option of a refund.
We are unable to guarantee an exact colour match of any products, due to the nature of the product.
The products sold on this website have been desinged to comply with relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside of the UK.
We want to ensure that information you share with us is maintained safely and securely on the internet. We ask for some personal information at the time of purchase which may include your name, address and email address. We use this information to fulfill our comittments to you. You are entitled to request this information from by Natalia at any time and we will delete it at your request.
